"My depression has hit very hard this year. Not knowing what was going to come of it. I had conventions lined up, to sell my art at; then the world took a shit. I was so proud of myself and looking forward to what this year would bring.
As my depression got worse as the days went by I started to hate myself even more. I spent more time on social media. Which means I see all these beautiful women on here and I start to compare and wish I was them... jealous of their looks. Wanting to feel better in my own skin. I’ve always struggled with this. I’ve had toxic relationships; where they told me they wanted a “
fit” girl. I’m not that. Nor am I way over weight. But I hated me. And hearing that from someone I thought that cared made it worse.
So what did I do? I saw the amazing @jayden_thelonewolf post about a sale he was doing in July. And I said fuck it! Signed up for his program, having no idea what to expect. And let
me tell you...... I’m so happy I did! Every photo is every Friday from when I started the program in July. Keep in mind I had my good weeks and my bad weeks. Days were I didn’t go to the gym, and days I cheated my diet bad. Am I disappointed in myself? Kind of. I would beat myself up about it. Tell myself I’m going to fail why keep going. But knowing that I not only would fail myself but my trainer kept me going. However, Jayden was there every step of the way. On my good and bad days. He was there, understanding the struggle. Connecting with me as a friend then just someone who controlled what I eat. Never once judged me for being me and failing. He
was always so supportive and told me I’d kick next weeks ass. even if I didn’t hit my goal weight in the time I did the program I made a forever friend and mentor. I might not be part of the program right now, due to finances, but I will always look up to him.
I highly recommend him! The first step is getting you foot in the door. I may have struggled but once I got my diet down the rest was easier to stay on track. I never made time for the gym on some weeks. But I knew I had to keep my diet on point. And I was shocked that I maintained the weight loss. I was proud of that. And I’m proud of where I am today. I couldn’t have done it with out Jayden. I really needed that push, and that person to believe in me; when I didn’t believe in myself. There were days where I would beat myself up so bad and cry, thinking I was a piece of shit. But he picked me up and tell me it was okay and that he was proud of me.
So Jayden, thank you. I love you. Thank you for showing how to love myself and be proud of who I am. You pulled me out of that dark place, and when I see myself going down again, I think of you."

"I cant believe its only been 3 weeks that I have been working with Jayden. Really impressed with my progress so far, both mentally and physically and I can’t wait to see where the next few weeks and beyond take us! I have a lot of goals to smash and I will definitely be staying with Team Jayden! I decided to take the plunge and get a coach to help with nutrition and structure in the gym. After doing some research I contacted Jayden over Christmas. I had followed him for a while on Instagram, impressed by his own transformation and drive and noticed he was now a Coach! Couldn’t have been simpler to set up and I am getting everything I needed and more, the best decision I could have made, just wished I had made it sooner! Even though I am UK and he is USA, doesn’t make a difference at all, we still have daily contact. I am so glad I took the
plunge and am so chuffed to be working with Jayden. The positivity, guidance and praise that dude gives you is unreal! When it is 5.30am, minus 1 degrees in my home gym, all you want to do is snuggle back down under that duvet....nope- I just read through Jaydens messages and they are an instant motivator! I looked in the mirror one day and realized I couldn't do this anymore. I've had surgeries the last couple years, new jobs and so many changes that I lost myself. I told myself something had to change. I hadn't seen you on social media and then all of a sudden I noticed you were a
trainer! On top of that you had an amazing deal that I could actually afford! Also the fact that
you were so open about being trans and being able to train any and all body types got my
attention.
I said...hey..what do I have to lose you know? I was surprised at how attentive your questionnaire was especially asking us what kind of foods we DON'T like haha.
Listen..you changed my life in a week! One week!!! The first 2 weeks were so hard. But you listened you let me vent to you about stuff
that affected my eating habits.You sent me long texts..you sent me VOICE messages telling me its okay! That sometimes we feel like giving up! That we need to focus on the end goal!Jayden you are attentive. You worked on a plan for me, when i could only do so much you pushed me and said you were proud that I was able to do 1 pull up!!! You even suggested better workouts so that one day i can do 3 or 3 pull ups! Lol!
The point is that if anyone is looking for a trainer who WILL text you back, who WILL email you, who WILL motivate you Jaydens definitely the guy. I look at my body right now and I'm proud of what I have achieved. He made me realize what I'm actually capable of. Give him a chance. You'll be glad you did. I am and will continue to be."
